My daughters versus 2 just quit working. It worked great until the battery died last time. Charged it for 2 days without it ever coming back on. We tried other chargers too so it’s not like the charger she had went bad. Never came back on.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

Completely unresponsive. No lights on back. No acknowledgement of it being plugged in either
