Versa 2 battery not holding a charge.

my experience started with the kickstarter campaign for the original Pebble. i was hooked. they did it first and they did it right. (yes. my opinion.) got the Pebble Steel, Pebble Time and Pebble 2. also did the LG G Watch R. my first android wear watch. Tic S, Tic E and Tic Pro. Samsung Gear 3 Frontier. having loved Pebble so much and thinking that Fitbit would do more with Pebble other than taking them off the market. 4-5 day battery life isnt gonna happen. average 6 texts, 4 emails and 1-2 calls per day. heart rate is kept off. barely made 48hrs on a full charge. all the watches i mentioned b4 make it very easy to manage all of your watch faces. Fitbit makes it nearly impossible. ive bought 10 faces maybe. if i'm lucky enough to recall the actual name i still have to find it. select it. get the 5 digit code. go to the website for the face. enter the info required.5-digit number, email and password all to have it say i've already purchased this face. all this to use a face i already bought and paid for. i thought Tizen (samsung) had the worst interface. that was until Fitbit. all the hoops you jump through just to use a face you already bought is ridiculous. the battery life? yeah they lied. or they had every single function with the exception of time turned off. my Pebble Time, Steel and Pebble 2 get about 4 days. the Tic's 12-18hrs at best. Tic Pro 2 days or better. Samsung Gear S 8-10hours. terrible. fortunately i keep a spare charger at work should i choose to wear it. Versa 2? i'd be happy with 24hrs. i think the display is beautiful. it's very light. one of the reasons i bought it was because i wanted something close to the Pebble as far as size and weight and maybe looks. those i'm happy with. the interface from the app is the worst of all the watches i use. i dont think the positives outweigh the negatives. i've got 20 days to make my mind up about returning it to Best Buy. i just wish the app was better. much better. having to do ridiculous word search to find your own faces is stupid.
