Versa 2 battery not holding a charge

My wife got me the Versa 2 for my birthday roughly a month ago and it was working fine until about a week ago.  Now the battery is not charging, or its dying super quickly.  I have the automatic screen turned off already but to no avail. 

 

Anybody have any solutions?

Mine is exactly the same. I even factory reset my last night and it hasn't improved any. So if anyone has any answers I'm willing to listen and try.

Well I got mine as a Christmas present. Went to put it on the charger. When I went back to get it it was as dead as a door nail and is STILL dead!!!!! What is the deal????

I hear that the SP02 the battery do not last for the full term but at least 4-5 days. 
How can I tell the truth on that?
