Two weeks ago my FitBit versa stopped charging. It just wouldn't turn on. It had been a few years so I though it was just broken. Got a replacement. Battery died over night and now it won't charge :(. It flashes the logo when I plug it in, but will not charge. I tried holding the button down till logo flashes but stil will not work 😭 IT HAS ONLY BEEN TWO WEEKS. I love using fit bit but I cannot afford to replace one everytime I let the battery dies. Apparatly that is all it takes to kill them. Is there a trick yo get it working again? Thank you;

Hi @Yisel, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
Looking forward to your reply.

Hello,
Thank you for the response. The lights are no Ionger flashing. I have tried the tips on the article. I contacted support through a chat yesterday and they have agreed to replace the device.
