Versa 2 battery won't charge

Hi.
Frustrated. Bought a replacement Versa 2 for Father’s Day at Lowes. His other one broke. It won’t charge fully after 6 hours. Is the battery damaged even though it’s new? How is the warranty honored if they don’t make this anymore?

Hi @Sswag - you can take it back for a refund, as it is not working properly and buy a new one.
