Versa 2 battery won't hold a charge

  • Battery will not hold a charge. I’m three hours it went from 100% to 46%. Apps are not being used. Is there a tech issue going on?

Hi @Bigbrowneyes - unfortunately that sort of drain indicates watch damage, probably from water ingression, If it gets hot when charging stop immediately as it is dangerous and confirms the issue.

 

If it is under warranty get it replaced, Otherwise don't be tempted by the more expensive recent watches you may not find compatible watch faces or in some cases even any apps compared with what you are using and may not provide as good results you are used to or the features you have currently.

 

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support
