Got the Versa 2 not even a month ago. It has been working fine. I charged it this past week, and wore it once or twice since. Last I saw the batter was at 91%. Tried to turn it on this am, got the super low battery symbol with an exclamation point in the battery. Plugged it in, and it came on and started charging. Checked it before leaving for work, and the screen was black. Not turning on, or anything. I'm not sure if the battery is that low, that it won't come on. I did go into the Fitbit app, and I did see that the "Always connected" was turned on. I'm thinking this is the culprit for the battery. I turned it off, and I will try and charge the Versa for a while this evening. How long should I keep it plugged in to get a charge back?

Hi @gr8fuldez1981 , I would not hesitate to contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test, cause this is ridiculous behaviour for a one month old V2. Good luck, regards kuzibri
