Please help! My Fitbit won't turn on, even when I am trying to recharge it. It was working one second and then the screen just went black and blank.

Hi @Bexbrown512, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 became unresponsive all of a sudden. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I would like to know if your Versa 2 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
