Versa 2 black screen and won't restart

My Versa 2 got a black screen. I was able to fully charge it and the screen came back n while charging. Once off the charging cradle it returned to black screen.

When I try to restart it the fitbit logo flashes on and off a couple of times but will not stay on and does not restart.
