Versa 2 black screen but syncing and fully charging

My Versa 2 screen suddenly stopped working and went black.  I charged it and the app shows that it is fully charged and there is a green light on the back. I have cleaned all connectors and tried to restart it holding the button and nothing works.  It seems like the screen has died or screen stopped working.  Everything shows it should be working on the app.  Any ideas?

Mine is doing the same. I am done with Fitbit now. This is my fourth or fifth Fitbit since 2015 and at the price it is costing me I have gone to Apple.
