Suddenly stopped working. No lights on the back or front. No charge. Nothing is working. This is the second device I've had since Christmas 2019!

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. I see by your comment that it currently doesn't have any lights, but may I ask you to try to reset it anyway. Hold down the button for 20 second and see if it will restart. If you are successful, the Fitbit logo will appear. I have found to work in bring what appears to be a dead tracker back to life.
If that doesn't work, then the next step is to contact customer service HERE.
