I have had my Versa 2 for 2 months. In the middle of the night, I noticed the battery was dead so I put it on the charger. This morning it is unresponsive. The face is blank. It will not sync to my phone. I tried changing the clock face in the fitbit app, but it won't change.
My phone(iPhone 11) and the Fitbit app are up to date.
Editing to add, when on the charger it shows percent charged(100% right now), but nothing else.

I tried the restart last night. The clock face immediately came back. Syncing took a while before it started working again. Today though, I'm not getting texts or notifications on my Versa 2

@tinker217d Thank you for your reply and confirming that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps. It's good to know your device came back on and it's syncing properly.
Regarding the problem with the notifications, please check all the necessary requirements and if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications.
In addition to the steps mentioned earlier, make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed and to check all the compatibility requirements here. Keep in mind that you won’t see notifications on your Fitbit device if you turned on the Do Not Disturb Icon or Sleep Mode.
