Hi there, @Embee75. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @Embee75  -  does the display work if you double tap the screen or push the button for a second?

If not it may not have charged as expected [or a wrong charger was used] verify the charging is working.

If that doesn't work probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

If it is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues that may occur.
