Hi! Following the latest Android update, my Versa 2 screen became blank (still buzz, and green light work). I tried resetting it with no success, and unfortunately, I had the (bad) idea to unpair it from the Fitbit app thinking maybe it would be a good idea (NOT). I wanted to pair it again and then change the clock face to see if it would restore the screen! BUT I now cannot pair it since obviously I cannot see the 4-digit code on the blank screen. I tried 000, 1234 codes and they’re not working. I feel very silly....
I contacted customer service (useless, got offered a coupon) so I’m hoping that maybe someone has a genius idea to work around this to pair my blank Versa to the Fitbit app. Thank you!

Hi Maria - Thank you for your reply. Is there a specific specialist team I could contact to "to keep the conversation with (y)our team". The CS rep really did not offer any assistance on our chat. I believe the issue I am facing (blank screen following an Android update) is quite a common issue since I have seen many people post on Reddit and on here. Thank you.

Hi Maria - My Versa 2 miraculously (?) turned back on this morning and I was able to update the software from 35.6.2.20 to 35.72.1.23 - which is the latest update (from 2022!). Looks like I am all set .. except I cannot connect to wifi, so I'll start reserch on this issue 🙂
