Hello,
I have had TOZO T10 earbuds for over a year and have never had any problems with them, but when I set up my new Versa 2 my earbuds will be connected to my phone's bluetooth but will not give any sound at all even though my sound is on. I have gone on to other forums in this community that seemed relevant and have done the steps that have been given by other members but none have helped.
Have I done anything wrong when setting up my Versa or is this a problem between the bluetooth connections that can be fixed
