Versa 2 blue stripe on screen

Hello, I got this problem with my Fitbit. I got my Fitbit today, just 30 minutes ago. I turned it ON & got a bleu stripe from up to down in my screen. My watch is not okay. How do we solve the problem?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your new Versa 2 is showing a blue stripe on screen. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? 
  2. Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Charge the watch to 100%.
