Versa 2 bluetooth connection unsuccessful every day

It used to be once a month, then maybe twice, then weekly, but now it's every day. I have to restart my iPhone or Fitbit or both, I turn off Bluetooth, everything these forums suggest but now it isn't working at all no matter what I do. I can't sync my Fitbit with my app. The Bluetooth keeps saying unsuccessful, but my Fitbit is fully charged, on, and in range. This is becoming extremely frustrating! How do I fix this so I don't have to restart everything all the time?
