Versa 2 box watch scratches easily

The new versa 2 box it's extremely easy to scratch.

I had the v1 for 2 years without any issues. 

V2 those scratches appeared less than 1 month. 

The metal box it's terrible and seems to be painted, and the paint is easy to loose.

 

Don buy it!

That is bad isn't it?  My Versa1 at 18 months old looks better than that too.  Did you reach out to support over this?  https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs Not sure what they can or will do but no harm in highlighting this fault is there?
