Versa 2 but no smart wake function available in the alarm app

Recently got my versa 2, however it doesn't have the smart wake function. What should I do?  Apparently it's very hard to contact fitbit support team as well...

Hello @Silv-Ang and welcome to the Help forums.  If your Versa 2 is brand new, it's possible that it doesn't have the current firmware.  Sometimes devices are made, but there is a firmware update before it gets bought.  The current firmware is version 35.70.8.0.  You can see your version on the phone app by tapping on your profile picture > Versa 2.  You should get an update tracker notice in 2-3 days.  That's how Fitbit updates trackers.
