Hi there, @Ranigupta468. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that the button of your Versa 2 is not responding, therefore, you cannot turn off whether the DND or sleep mode feature. I'll do my best to help you with this!
As a first approach, I recommend restarting your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
If the above doesn't work, may I know if your Versa 2 is vibrating when you press the button? If not, let's isolate the issue with the button. So, I recommend trying to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button. Once you've done that, please restart your Versa 2 one more time by following the steps I suggest above.
If you successfully can perform the restart, try now to turn off sleep mode or DND (you cannot have both enabled at the same time) by swiping down from the top of your screen. After your notifications appear, swipe down again to open the control center. Tap the quick settings icon.
