Versa 2 button stuck and face stuck in spotify

The versa 2 button is pushed in and I can't get it out.  At the same time the versa 2 is stuck in spotify - which I never use from the versa.  I did log into our family spotify account to try to get out of it, not help.  I did try to the change watch face but no help.  I have tried to get the button out but not able too.

I would greatly appreciate your help.  I think there is an issue with the Versa's and the button mechanism.  This is my 2nd versa and the the same thing sort happened before and then it died.

Are you able to swipe left to get to settings and shut it down?

You probably tried unsticking the button with a wooden toothpick.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

I have used a vacuum a pin and toothpick and sadly the button will not
move. It in stuck. Can it be reset any other way? Love to hear what
people have done

I was able to log onto the app, on my computer, and then uninstall spotify.  After that my Versa 2 screen was back.
