Versa 2 buttons not working and it's stuck on the Spotify screen

This happened in October but resolved itself after a couple of days. I've tried unpairing the Versa 2 from my iPhone and it can find it, but times out while trying to connect.

Hi @eisiam - unpair again. Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and restart both phone and watch.

Login and run the "set up a Device" and replace.

Have you tried using the watch built-in Music controls instead. It enables you to control music AND volume without leaving your current clock face or exercise or app.

thanks for your suggestions! I unpaired, logged out, restarted, restored, and deleted Spotify. Now it's just the side button that won't work, so I'm stuck on the set-up portion screen of the watch.
