Good day,

Bought the Fitbit Versa 2, used it nou for 2 days but noticed that the calories count is too much.

How come and how can I rectify it.

Otherwise I'm going to give it back and ask for refund.

First thing, you would have to convince me the your calories burned are too high with some numbers.

Are you taking into account the BMR (basal metabolic rate) calories that fitbit includes?  Those are what you are always burning just to stay alive, and usually account for more than half one's daily calorie burn.

See How does my Fitbit device calculate calories burned?

Also check that your weight is entered at least approximately correct.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
