Hi! I’m 15, female, 5’3, and 105 pounds. I work at a fast food place, and today I worked for 7 hours. I typically burn around 1500 calories a day, but today my Versa 2 says I burned over 2200. My heart rate during my shift was between 90 and 110, but averaged around 95-100. I only took 5000 steps today. I know that a higher heart rate means more effort, which means more calories were burned, but this just seems too high. All information is appreciated, whether it’s about the Fitbit or how your body burns calories! I just want to get a better understanding. Thank you!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @vegan-hoe.
Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand how you are feeling and thank you for sharing your concern. I recommend restarting your device and confirming that your weight and height are correct in the Fitbit app. For more information, see How do I manage my Fitbit profile?
You can find more information about how your calories burned are calculated and check our tips to improve accuracy at How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity?
Hope this helps.
