Versa 2 can no longer scroll up to see data

Hello. 
Does anyone know how I can get the data to reappear on my watch when I scroll up? It is currently just glitching and going back to the main watch face. I can see the data on the app.

I have tried restarting which hasn’t helped. It happened a few weeks ago.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding Versa 2. I'm sorry to know this kind of difficulty that you are experiencing.

In addition to the restart that you already have done, please, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hello. I am having the same problem. I have tried changing multiple clock faces and it still has not fixed the issue.
