Versa 2 can not change source to my phone to listen to music

I cant change the source on my fitbit to be from my phone. Ive found the screen to do it, i try to tap on my phone icon and nothing happens.

May I ask what type of phone you have @JW1005 ?

If android do you have Versa 2 classic paired to the phone?
