Have purchased Versa 2 and after doing the basic into the computer it now says it can not find Tracker to do update, try again. pairing failed. Bluetooth is on both Computer and cell phone. WIFI also is up. Battery is being charged at same time. This is also a problem with my Charger 3 which I've had for a year or better and now the tracker can't be found all of a sudden which was I decided to upgrade to a newer version and now have a lost tracker according to the PC and the cell phone by the way won't let me use unless I update the Versa 2 first. It is a losing battle all the way around.
