Versa 2 - can't clear old message and weather is not showing

I have an old message that I can’t clear from my watch.  I also can’t get the e

weather to show on my watch even though I synched it and entered my location.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that you're unable to clear an old message from your watch, and the Weather app is not showing. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help.

 

Regarding the issue with the message, while restarting the watch may clear it, our team is aware of this issue and we're working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. I am sorry for any trouble and appreciate your patience.

 

Please let me know if the issue with the Weather app persists after the restart? You can confirm the steps to set up the Weather app and try the troubleshooting steps in this help article: How do I set up and troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device?
