Versa 2 can't connect to Alexa

Anyone get their versa 2 yet and can't connect to Alexa? I've got a ticket in but it's so frustrating to have a brand new watch and unable to use the biggest reason you decided to upgrade

Thank you but the problem is the phone is completely jammed can’t do anything. Can’t even turn it off. Took it to my dealer and they couldn’t fix it either so its causing me a lot of headaches

I have not, unfortunately. No one was actually understanding what the
problem was and couldn't give advice that, either I'd already tried
unsuccessfully, or that wasn't applicable. If I figure it out, I'll let you
know, though!

Hello, I tried everything nothing worked until I saw your post, I was indeed using the beta app,uninstalled  & then reinstalled the non beta app. connected to amazon account first time. THANKYOU !!!!!

No dice. Alexa quit working. Can no longer set timers from Versa 2. Uninstalled and installed latest version.

Yes. Alexa no longer worked I use it only to set timers for cooking. I
uninstalled the fitbit app, reinstalled it, rebooted both phone and the
fitbit. And same results. Alexa no longer worked. Now, 24 hours later,
it has started working again.

Figured out how to fix this(at least on my device and OnePlus 8t phone)! I uninstalled all amazon related apps besides the Alexa app which took me to a login webpage instead of giving me this error.
