why can't I not connect my Bluetooth to my fitbit versa 2

Hi @denisegagnon ! A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. 

 

Could you elaborate your situation? It's not quit clear.
Do you want to control the music, sync your Versa 2 or anything else?

 

Please be aware that all connections to the Versa 2, will be managed from the Fitbit app and not from the bluetooth menu of the mobile device.
