Versa 2 can't connect to iPhone XS

I have had my Versa 2 for a month, it has been working fine. Yesterday it stopped syncing, so after following all the advice on the help pages- and none of it working- I preformed a hard reset. 
now my IPhone XS can’t ‘find’ my versa 2 via Bluetooth. 
I have tried all of the recommended steps, and it still won’t connect. Any advice? Thanks 🙂
