So I posted a question about Not able to download music from Deezer and got no answers or replies just a thank you from the moderator. So my new question would be with another music service work like Spotify or Pandora because if so I will just cancel Deezer and switch. If that doesn't work either I just need to get a new watch from a new company it seems

Yeah the only responses I get are from moderators saying thank you for my patience well I'm out of patience I've stopped wearing the watch except to go to bed to track my sleeping because it's become worthless to me . What high level of support ? I've gotten no support I've been provided with zero solutions or even things to try I was told I would be contacted through email days ago by a higher level of support I'm still waiting for anything except comments by moderators. I do not think you can fix this problem

here is the thing, the mods don't know all the answers to the problems you have, so they are doing what they can do. if you can download the music to your phone from Deezer (I'm not sure how Deezer works so sorry if I'm wrong) or any other 3rd party music downloading app, you could use the music controls feature which is the best I can do as I have no way to complete online transactions, but that being said. you can use your Fitbit as a remote
for your music content easily. (sorry don't know why it formatted like that)

I have found no way to make the music control feature on this watch to work either. The only music feature I see says to use the the Fitbit desktop app to transfer the music to the watch which is what I tried before I tried the streaming service and was not able to do that. I have no music control feature to control what's on my phone that I have seen on this watch nor did I find one in the download section. Aside from this watch being a complete failure as far as music is concerned everything else works fine.
The music did work on this watch for 4 months and then just stopped.

remove the watch from your account and re-install using your phone app, re-enter wireless password, see if that helps? Sounds like the watch is not syncing properly - good luck.
