Versa 2 can’t get Alexa to work

Can’t get Alexa to work.  The watch just goes in thinking mode.

Hi @Missie888 , if Alexa is functional on your Versa 2 depends on where you're living. See this: https://www.fitbit.com/voice and scroll down to the bottom of the page and check if your country is in the list of supported countries. Regards kuzibri

Thank you for replying. Yes it is listed, Iam in the United States.
