Versa 2 - can't join Active Zone challenge

I cant join the active zone challenge as it says I need a versa 2 and it takes me to the sales page but I already own a versa 2, any ideas of how to sort this

Hi @Ghurst 

I haven't seen this issue before, so my only suggest is going to be to remove your Versa 2 from you profile and then add it back. Please let me know if that clears up the issue.
