Hello, my fit bit app won’t let me select an option on this screen were it shows your weight, daily exercise, logging your water and food etc, it will not let me open any of those options?

Try the following if your Fitbit App is not behaving

Logout of the Fitbit App, then

 

In Android phone Settings

Apps

Fitbit

Storage  - clear cache [not data]

force Fitbit shutdown [though it doesn't seem to fully go away]

Log back in
