I’ve had my Fitbit Versa 2 for almost a month and still can’t reply to text messages I can answer or hang up calls but can’t reply to messages I need help please!!!?

I'm afraid the Quick Reply feature only works with Android phones due to restrictions imposed by Apple. See: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2344/

I have an LG8 thin q - software version is 9 so no issues there. I use "chompsms" text app. I can receive texts but only have options to open or clear. I've tried all kinds of settings on the android and in the app, as well as the Fitbit app but I can't seem to get anything to work. Does anyone else use the same text app with an android that is having this problem? I'm not sure what else to try.
