Versa 2 can't swipe

Versa 2 wrist watch has stopped swiping left since I charged it yesterday and I cant find a resolve through the app.  My watch charge ran out over the weekend and after charging it yesterday I can no longer use swipe on the watch face, any ideas how to resolve please 😞
