Versa 2 can't update anymore

I've been trying for months now but can't update my Versa 2 anymore... any ideas?

Hi @Tsbusy69, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 can't be updated, even though you've tried for months.

 

In order to avoid any confusion on my end, let me know if you can't update the firmware version on your Versa 2 or if your watch is experiencing syncing issues.

 

In the meantime, restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
