I just purchased my Versa 2 last week. I had it working perfectly for 5 days and today, the screen froze and stopped counting steps. I reset it 3 times and out of the 3 times, once was I able to see the fitbit logo and havent attempted it since. I made sure it was syncing with my phone app and it is, and did the latest update. Now, I cant swipe right up or down to view apps or messages. All I see is the time now. Please help. It's too new to be having issues already. I had my charge 3 for years with no issues!
