Got a fonctionning versa 2 that i took good care of for 3 years (having a protective case and all). After warranty, the charging cable that has sharp points damaged the receptor on the watch and now it can’t charge and the watch is dead because of a manufactured defect. I was offered in compensation 35% discount on next purchased. I’m barely satisfied since i v’have a fonctionning fitbit that only can’t charge. However, that only applies 30 days and on the full price. Versa sense is 360$, theres is a sale and it is now 240$. The 35% applies on the 350 giving me only a 10% discount. They want you to buy fitbits that are pricy every 2/3 years.

I might consider buying again fit bit if the 35% discount applied on the sales price. After a quick call with customer service, i was told that it applies only on the full price. What is this?

I like fit bit and i do want to still be a costumer, but the company makes it real hard to feel understood and respected. You want me to buy, make me want to buy! Help me, help you!
