How do I return the charger only? I have borrowed another charger and that is working so I know it's not the watch itself.

@shardi01, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that the original charger of your Versa 2 is not working properly.
Since you mentioned that a borrowed charger did work, let me go ahead and forward your case to our Support team so they can review it and assist you accordingly. You will receive an email from them soon.
In the meantime, try cleaning the contacts of your charger and try charging your watch for 2-3 hours.

I am having the same issue with my versa charger. My charger is no longer working and I tried my friend's charger and that one does charge my versa. The broken charger does not seem to give any electricity to the watch. I've also tried plugging the charger into different outlets.
