Versa 2 charging cradle issues - follow-up

Interesting the way Fitbit moderators shut down embarrassing dialog among community members by flagging issues as “Answered”. Do they really want to listen to feedback, or not?

 

To me, the most idiotic piece of design I’ve seen in a long time, is the charging cable on the VERSA 2. What genius thought it a good idea to have the power cable come out the bottom? It really defies logic! Whoever approved the design should be fired. The original VERSA charging station worked fine. Why could the design gurus not utilize that? It would have saved me having to buy new Chinese knock-offs, for when I travel. 

Ironically, the Chinese knock-offs for the V2 are better designed than the Fitbit creation!! Hope they fixed this for V3.

Hi @Richahazel  Moderators aren't the only ones that mark a question as answered. The thread you last posted in was a year old and the original poster chose the answer that best explained or solved their question. Fitbit Moderators do listen to our feedback and they post to us. 

 

Can't answer to your concern on the charging unit's cable positioning, as I'm not wearing a Versa.
