Versa 2 clock face doesn't show steps, heart rate, etc.

It shows zero for steps, heart rate, etc on the face of my versa 2.

Hi @Pinkribbon, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it shows no stats information on the clock face.

 

Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your activity. Finally, monitor your watch during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
