Versa 2 clock face not showing in the sun

Versa clock face not showing in the sun. Not getting notifications and clock face not updating from free clocks. Please all this has happened since the update. Watch walking fine before. Only had the Versa 21 months. Help I want my original Versa back

Thanks for sharing detailed information about the issues experienced with your Versa. I understand how you're feeling about this and let me give you a hand with each of your questions. In regards to the clock face not showing in the sun, have you checked the brightness settings? You can do this by swiping down from the top of your screen. After your notifications appear, swipe down again to open the control center. Tap the quick settings icon and adjust the screen brightness. Also, made sure the sleep mode isn't turned off.

 

In regards to your other question, do you mean that you're not able to receive any type of notifications (calls, text messages, calendar and apps)? If that's correct, I'd recommend to give a try to the troubleshooting steps described in this help article.

 

About the clock face not updating from free clocks, do you mean that your watch doesn't show the clock face after changing it? Or is the Fitbit app not showing any free clock faces? Please make sure the Fitbit app is updated and your watch is syncing so your information including the clock face can update.
