The time display on my Versa 2 keeps changing from 24 hour to 12 hour. I checked the setting on my iphone app and it is set to 24 hour. Grateful for any help.

Hello @jackog

I’m assuming that your syncing your Versa 2 after you switch from 12hr format to 24hr. Try restarting your Versa 2: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm

If the problem persist have you considered switching to a clock face that actually shows the 24 hr format and is designed to be displayed in that format?

😃 Hopefully that helps. Please let me know how it goes

I would consider that. Here’s how: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm

HI MegaBite

Thank you for our response. Yes I was syncing phone and app.
Have changed to a different face and looks OK so far. Will see how it goes.

Thanks for your help
