I have only had my fitbit just ova 4months an the colour is faded on there spoke to some1 on live chat and told me they wouldn't do nothing about it as it not covered but yet they got a 2 year warranty on them it shouldn't go like this after 4 months either!

Let me help you with your Versa 2 color fading. Do you mean this is happening to the screen or is it a cosmetic issue (band, frame)? Still only Support can replace these items so reach out to them to see what else they can do for you and maybe add pictures to show what you are seeing on your device. You can check the warranty details here.
