I have an IONIC and also need the A11 to be compatible.  Anyone know if Fitbit is even working on it as it is cumbersome to keep connecting to an old phone or tablet that is not with me.  Plus the phone and text notifications have been lost.

@scuba1okThere seem to be general problems recently, if your watch was working fine and now isn't, then the problem is less likely to be either your watch or phone related, given that other are also experiencing problems.

Probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

I am able to connect my Ionic to my old phone which shows supported on the Fitbit website so the what is working fine.  A11 was working just fine until this most recent firmware update.  No only access to caller ID and messaging is on an old phone which is no longer carried.  Need A11 to be a supported devise as soon as possilbe.

I have an A11 and my versa 2 and 3 won't sync anymore. It has worked fine for the past year and ever since the update it doesn't work. Customer service is no help. They just repeat that its my phone

If it is 3.36 or 3.36.1 update to the recently released 3.37, it may fix the issue.

Of course you may have to do a bit of Sync setup and troubleshooting to get things on track.
