Got my Versa 2 as a gift in February and having increasing problems with it. After a couple of weeks the app constantly said Device not Found. I changed settings to sync all day which has more or less solved that problem. However, I’m now finding the battery draining rapidly and am needing to charge every day.
The watchface lights up frequently through the night which may not be helping the battery issue but I’m not sure how to stop that.
Finally, the touchscreen freezes constantly. If I want to start a workout for example, I almost always have to hold the button for 12 seconds to restart it before the screen will respond.
Finding it very frustrating
