Hi,
I am about to throw this watch away!! My watch does not continuously receive text or call notification. I have read every single comment on here and tried every trouble shooting there is. Even yesterday. It works for about a day and then i have to start all over again. I'm about to lose it!! I have a versa 2 and a Huawei p30 lite. can anyone tell me what can i do to be able to receive call and text notification more than just a few hours a day without always rebooting everything or disable/ enable bluetooth or whatever else!!

I feel your frustration. I've had my Versa a little over 2 weeks and I have the same problems. I have an Android 10 (Galaxy S9). I purchased this watch because my sister has one and she raved about it. I'm not impressed thus far. I read everything there is to read and I've even solicited her help, nothing. It's not working! I hope to find an answer on here.

Hello there @lanlis and @MomSmalls306, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa smartwatch are not constantly receiving notifications, I'll be glad to help you both.
If you haven't done so yet, I suggest following the troubleshooting steps provided in this help article: Why are notifications delayed or missing?. Also, make sure that your Fitbit app and Versa smartwatch are both up-to-date.
In case you're getting any error message, would you mind sharing with me what's it?
I'm looking forward to your response, keep me posted.

Hi @MomSmalls306, thanks for getting back. Just to confirm, when you receive a message on your Versa, you do swipe down from the top of the screen to see your notifications and tap a notification to expand it?
In the meantime, see this notification tips:
Keep me posted.

Hi I have the same problem and message. I have a fitbit lite and huawei p30 lite phone ( brand new as my previous Samsung phone had the same problems).
This is my second fitbit since Christmas as the first was faulty.
I was on live chat with your support team to no avail.
Pls can someone sort out this problem for me or confirm that I can get a full refund for my fitbit??
Thanks
