Versa 2 continues to run 5 mins slow

I have synced my warch several times... did the updates but watxh continues to run 5mins slow... Help!

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Fitbit. What type of mobile device are you synching your Versa to? Have you tried giving your Versa a restart by holding down the button for 10+ seconds until you see the Fitbit logo? The more information you can provide the better people on the forum will be able to help you.

I've a Samsung Galaxy S9.  All apps UTD.  I've also rebotted the phone several times. Each time, adds another minute or 2 to the lag. Right now,  my Fitbit Versa2 is 20 mins behind. Everything else tracks.
